The delivery ceremony for the world’s first hydrogen fuel heavy-duty truck exported to Australia was successfully held. The truck will depart from Zhangzhou Development Zone in the near future and will be delivered to Australia. Mr. Liu Yongxiang, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of Zhangzhou Development Zone and Executive Deputy Director of the Management Committee, Mr. Scott Brown, General Manager of Pure Hydrogen in Australia, Mr. Jason Pecotic, General Manager of HDrive in Australia, and the Economic Development Bureau of Zhangzhou Development Zone participated in the event.
The hydrogen fuel heavy-duty truck produced this time can carry a hydrogen fuel system of 110-400kw and has a maximum range of 1,000 kilometers, which can meet various commercial transportation scenarios such as intercity freight and provincial long-distance transportation. At the same time, the truck uses Wisdom Motor’s unique technology such as carbon fiber body covering technology, integrated control system, and “fluid sculpture” design technique, and is equipped with a 360° multi-sensor fusion perception system, perfectly integrating environmentally friendly new energy with intelligent transportation equipment.
In November last year, Wisdom Motor signed a memorandum of understanding with Pure Hydrogen and HDrive in Australia to deliver 12,000 hydrogen-fuel heavy-duty trucks in five years. The vehicle delivered this time is the first hydrogen fuel heavy-duty truck to be delivered after the agreement was signed, and the follow-up orders will be completed within five years.
